ESIR Tax Administration of RS is an Android version of the ESIR component of the fiscal cash register that provides you with the minimum conditions for fulfilling the legal obligation to issue fiscal invoices. This application is completely free, without contractual obligations and without support. Before you start using the ESIR Tax Administration RS application, make sure that you have met several conditions:1. You need to download the application and install it on your handheld device (phone or tablet)2. When you open the ESIR RS Tax Administration for the first time, you will need to grant two applications to the application:a) The first allows the application to take pictures and record videos,b) The second allows access to photos, media and files on your device.click Allow for both options. When you start ESIR Tax Administration of RS for the first time, the application will be opened in English.To change the application language to Serbian, follow these steps:a) Select the Not Now option to remove the white windowb) Select the Settings option to open the settingsc) Select the Language optiong) Select the Serbian (Lat) option You will see the message "Application not configured" on the screen. Click Setup to install a digital certificate, but if you havent already, you must:• Apply to the Electronic Fiscalization Services and request the issuance of a new security element in the form of a digital certificate• After your request for a certificate is approved, the tax box on the eTaxes portal will receive a message from the Tax Administration with a link to download the certificate and all necessary credentials: JID security element, password, and TAK.• Copy the link to download the certificate from the message you received from the Tax Administration. ESIR Tax Administration of RS is a free application, available for commercial use, therefore we are not responsible for the content of entered / exported files, nor are we responsible for any loss of data or damage to files during their entry and export.
